The Services are operated by Atemporal Alien LLC (“Atemporal Alien,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, creating an account, submitting information, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

You may not use our products or Services for any unlawful, unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purpose.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website, including by introducing malicious code, scraping protected content, gaining unauthorized access, or disrupting our systems.

A violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

Atemporal Alien offers products that may include jewelry, apparel, accessories, artwork, merchandise, customized products, limited-edition items, and other physical or digital goods.

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colors, materials, finishes, measurements, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible.

However, product appearance may vary due to:

Screen and monitor settings
Lighting and photography
Manufacturing variations
Natural material variations
Engraving or printing processes
Handmade or customized production
Product updates

Metallic finishes, including gold, champagne-gold, silver, matte, polished, or gunmetal finishes, may appear differently in person than on a digital screen.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, slight variations are not considered product defects.

We reserve the right to modify product specifications, designs, packaging, materials, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

3. SYMBOLIC, TAROT, CELESTIAL, AND SPIRITUAL DESIGNS

Certain Atemporal Alien products may incorporate tarot imagery, astrology, sacred geometry, celestial symbols, spiritual concepts, alien imagery, archetypes, philosophical themes, or other symbolic artwork.

These elements are offered for artistic, decorative, cultural, personal-expression, and entertainment purposes.

Atemporal Alien does not represent that any product can predict future events, guarantee a particular result, alter a person's circumstances, provide medical or psychological treatment, or produce supernatural, financial, legal, or spiritual outcomes.

Any personal interpretation of the symbolism appearing on our products is the responsibility of the customer.

4. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Some products may allow customization, including names, words, initials, symbols, engraving, messages, dates, artwork, or other customer-provided content.

You are responsible for reviewing all customization information before submitting your order.

Atemporal Alien is not responsible for errors contained in information submitted and approved by the customer, including spelling errors, incorrect dates, capitalization choices, or incorrect personalization instructions.

Once production of a personalized or custom item has begun, the order may not be eligible for modification, cancellation, return, or exchange except where required by law or where the product arrives defective or materially different from what was ordered.

Specific eligibility will be governed by our posted Return and Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to reject customization requests containing content that is unlawful, infringing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Certain products may be produced in limited quantities or made available only for a limited period.

Displaying a product on our website does not guarantee continued availability.

We may:

Limit quantities available for purchase
Limit purchases by customer, household, account, geographic region, or order
Discontinue products
Cancel products or collections
Refuse or cancel orders where inventory is unavailable

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the canceled merchandise will be refunded as required by applicable law.

All prices are displayed in the currency identified at checkout.

Promotional offers, discount codes, gifts, credits, and limited-time offers may be subject to additional restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or technical errors.

We do not control the policies, security practices, transaction approvals, holds, or processing systems of independent payment providers.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, VAT, or other government-imposed fees unless we specifically state that those charges are included.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Processing times may vary for personalized, custom, made-to-order, preorder, limited-production, or high-demand products.

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders according to the timeframe communicated at purchase.

If we are unable to ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will handle the delay, cancellation opportunity, and any required refund in accordance with applicable law and our Shipping Policy.

Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, incorrect customer addresses, transportation disruptions, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

11. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the Atemporal Alien Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Certain products may be final sale or subject to different return restrictions, including:

Personalized products
Made-to-order products
Limited-edition products
Certain hygiene-sensitive items
Gift cards

Any restrictions will apply subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

12. LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Customers should inspect orders promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact us within the timeframe specified in our Return and Refund Policy and provide any reasonably requested photographs or information.

Claims involving carrier-confirmed delivery, stolen packages, or packages lost after confirmed delivery may be handled according to our Shipping Policy and the applicable carrier's procedures.

Nothing in this section limits rights provided under applicable law.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all content associated with Atemporal Alien is owned by, licensed to, or used with authorization by Atemporal Alien LLC.

Original artwork
Alien characters
Illustrations
Tarot-inspired designs
Jewelry designs
Engraving designs
Graphics
Photography
Videos
Animation
Written copy
Product descriptions
Packaging
Website design
Collection concepts
Promotional materials
Original characters and visual identities

Our content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, manufactured, sold, commercially exploited, scraped, used to train or create competing commercial content, or used to create derivative merchandise without our prior written permission, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Purchasing an Atemporal Alien product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, copyright, trademark, design, character, or other intellectual property.

14. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you voluntarily submit photographs, reviews, testimonials, comments, suggestions, artwork, social media content, or other material to us, you represent that you have the legal right to submit that material.

Where you specifically submit material for publication, promotion, tagging, reposting, or inclusion on our website or social channels, you grant Atemporal Alien a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, repost, and use that material for those purposes, subject to applicable law.

We are not obligated to publish or retain user-submitted content.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, analytics providers, manufacturers, fulfillment partners, and other service providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Atemporal Alien is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that we do not own or control.

16. OPTIONAL TOOLS AND FEATURES

From time to time, we may provide access to features, integrations, applications, artificial-intelligence tools, augmented-reality tools, product-personalization tools, community features, or services operated partially or entirely by third parties.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory rights or protections provided by applicable federal, state, or local law.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
