Returns and refunds

We accept returns of unused, unworn, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with tags and original packaging where applicable.

To request a return, email theatemporalalien@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Personalized items

Customized, personalized, and engraved-to-order items cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise does not meet applicable legal requirements.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact theatemporalalien@gmail.com if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos where possible so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs when a return is required for a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
