SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through Atemporal Alien, operated by Atemporal Alien LLC.

By placing an order with Atemporal Alien, you agree to the shipping and handling terms outlined below.

ORDER PROCESSING AND HANDLING

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

This processing window includes normal order handling, including order review, picking, packing, labeling, and preparation for carrier pickup.

Processing and handling time is separate from shipping or transit time.

Orders are generally not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

During product launches, holidays, limited-edition releases, high-volume periods, or other periods of increased demand, processing may take longer than usual.

MADE-TO-ORDER, PERSONALIZED, AND CUSTOM ITEMS

Certain Atemporal Alien products may be made to order, engraved, personalized, customized, or produced specifically for the customer.

These items may require additional production time beyond the standard 1–3 business day processing and handling window.

Estimated production times, when applicable, will be stated on the individual product page or communicated during the ordering process.

Because custom products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days, if offered

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed shipping service is specifically identified at checkout.

Shipping delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, customs processing, high shipping volume, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances outside Atemporal Alien's reasonable control.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information once an order has been prepared for shipment.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your purchase.

If you discover an address error before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Atemporal Alien is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be reshipped.

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking information shows that a package has not been delivered within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We may assist with filing a carrier inquiry or claim when appropriate.

A package is not automatically considered lost solely because it arrives later than the carrier's original delivery estimate.

Where a carrier confirms that a package was lost while in transit, we will determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and carrier procedures.

PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around the delivery location
Check with household members
Check with neighbors or building management
Verify the shipping address on your order
Contact the shipping carrier

Carrier tracking may occasionally show delivery shortly before the package physically arrives.

Atemporal Alien is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after confirmed delivery where the package was correctly delivered to the address provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

A description of the damage
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the shipping packaging where relevant

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Damage claims are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and any applicable carrier requirements.

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Verified fulfillment errors will be handled at no additional cost to the customer.

DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Where required by applicable law, customers will be given the opportunity to consent to a delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

PREORDERS

Products identified as preorders will ship according to the estimated timeframe shown on the product page.

Preorder dates are estimates and may change due to production or transportation delays.

If a preorder experiences a significant delay, customers will be notified when reasonably possible.

Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may ship together or separately depending on our fulfillment process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for complying with the laws and import requirements of their destination country.

International orders may be subject to:

Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays.

Atemporal Alien cannot guarantee international delivery dates.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or left unclaimed and is returned to us, any refund eligibility will be determined under our Return and Refund Policy.

Original shipping charges and return shipping expenses may be deducted from any eligible refund where permitted by law.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is fulfilled from different locations or if products have different production timelines.

You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we choose to divide an order into multiple shipments unless otherwise disclosed before purchase.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination, carrier requirements, materials, package dimensions, legal restrictions, or fulfillment availability.

We reserve the right to cancel an order that cannot legally or reasonably be shipped to the requested destination.

If we cancel an order for this reason after collecting payment, the affected amount will be refunded.
